1. The content of the manuscript should include: article name, name, unit, zip code, abstract, key words, main text, reference, and author's introduction.

2. Please submit the manuscript in WORD file format. Please attach the author's detailed mailing address, zip code, telephone number and e-mail address at the end of the manuscript.

3. The abstract should accurately summarize the full text, with a length of 200 to 300 words, with 3 to 5 keywords. The text should be around 3000-5000 words.

4. Manuscripts must be accurately marked with references. This journal adopts the end of the article (the explanation of the specific content in the manuscript can use the page note), and the sequential numbering. The description format is implemented in accordance with the "Rules for the Description of Information and Literature References" GB/T7714-2015.

5. If the manuscript is a research project or fund project result, please indicate the name and number of the project when it was approved at the end of the manuscript.

6. The journal will notify the authors of the manuscripts that are approved for acceptance by e-mail. We will not reply to the unaccepted manuscripts one by one. If no reply is received within three months from the date of submission, the author can process the manuscript by himself.

7. This journal has the right to edit, delete and modify the manuscripts to be used. Any submission to this journal, unless otherwise specified, shall be deemed to have agreed to be used by a digital publishing unit authorized by this journal.

8. All manuscripts submitted to this journal must be original by the author. If there is plagiarism, malicious tampering, etc., the relevant legal responsibility shall be borne by the author.
